Pilgrim America CBO I

The Pilgrim CBO is a $317 million collateralized bond obligation that originally closed in July 1998.  We were selected as the replacement manager of the Pilgrim CBO in July 2001, when the capital structure had delevered to $295 million and performing collateral totaled $223 million.  The Pilgrim portfolio is invested in high yield bonds.  Trading flexibility is limited to credit risk, defaulted and equity securities.
